2. @ai introduces a provider vetted for this job, who confirms the scope and sends a fixed price.
3. You accept (or walk away at no cost) and create any accounts in your own name.
4. The provider sets it up, tests it with you and walks you through it.
5. You sign off when it works the way the deliverables say.

What you keep paying for after setup

Setup is a one-off fixed price. These subscriptions are billed by their own companies.
