Seller Agreement
Last updated October 1, 2026
Working draft. These terms may change before @ai Market opens to sellers and buyers.
Who can sell
Businesses and individuals who make AI products or are authorized to resell them. You must give accurate identity and bank details to Stripe, our payments partner, and keep them current.
Listings
- Describe products accurately. No misleading claims, no other brands’ names or logos without permission.
- Sell only genuine, authorized products. Keys must be valid and unused; access links must work.
- One product page per product: offers attach to the existing page. Brand owners verified through Brand Registry control the product description and may restrict who sells.
Fees
You pay the fees on the Sell on @ai Market pricing page in effect when an order is placed: a referral fee on every sale, plus either the per-item fee (Individual plan) or the monthly fee (Professional plan). Sponsored Products and deal fees are separate and optional. We cover card processing. We give 30 days’ notice of fee increases.
Payouts
We collect payment from buyers and pay you through Stripe, after deducting fees. Each sale is released to your Stripe account once its hold ends: 7 days after a digital product is delivered, or 10 days after a gadget ships. Subscription payments are released each billing period. Stripe sends your released balance to your bank once a week, on Mondays. We may hold payouts longer when an account shows unusual refund rates or risk, and we may recover amounts you owe (refunds, chargebacks, fees) from future payouts or your Stripe balance.
Delivery, refunds and the A-to-z Guarantee
Ship gadgets within your stated handling time and add tracking. Answer refund requests within 2 business days. If you don’t, or the buyer disagrees with a decline, @ai decides under the A-to-z Guarantee and may refund the buyer. Refunds after payout are recovered from you with a refund administration fee (20% of the referral fee, up to $5).
Buyer data
Use buyer details only to fill and support the order. Don’t add buyers to marketing lists or contact them about anything else unless they opt in on your own site.
Taxes
Where marketplace facilitator laws apply, @ai calculates and collects sales tax on your sales. You are responsible for your own income taxes. Stripe may issue tax forms for your payouts.
Content license
You let us show your listings, logos and product content on @ai Market, in its apps for AI assistants, and in our marketing of your products.
Suspension and closing
We may hide offers or suspend a store that breaks this agreement, sells counterfeit or unauthorized products, or puts buyers at risk. You can close your store anytime; open orders, refunds and claims must still be handled.
Liability
You are responsible for your products and listings and will cover claims that arise from them. Apart from what the law guarantees, our liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.
