Privacy Notice

What we collect

• Account details: your email, name and password (stored hashed by our sign-in provider).
• Orders: what you bought, prices, delivery details, refund requests and reviews.
• Shipping address, for gadgets that ship.
• Payment details go straight to Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Usage: pages viewed, searches and clicks, including clicks on sponsored products and on links to makers’ sites.

How we use it

To run your account and orders, deliver keys and access, prevent fraud, handle refunds and A-to-z claims, show prices and deals you qualify for (like Prime), measure ads without identifying you to advertisers, and improve the store. We email you about your orders; marketing email only if you opt in.

What sellers see

Sellers get what they need to fill your order: the items, order number and, for shipped gadgets, your shipping address. For access links and subscriptions they also get your email so they can set up your account. Sellers may not use your details for anything else.

Service providers

Stripe (payments and seller payouts), Supabase (database and sign-in), Vercel (hosting) and our email provider process data for us under contract. We don’t sell your personal information.

ChatGPT and Claude apps

If you use the @ai Market app inside an AI assistant, the assistant sends us your search request and the products you choose. Checkout always happens on atai.market, under this notice.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember your cart, and attribute a purchase to a sponsored click for 7 days. We don’t use third-party advertising cookies.

Your choices

You can see your orders and details in Your Account, and ask us to correct, export or delete your data by emailing support@atai.market. We keep order and payment records as long as tax and accounting law requires.
