Refunds and Returns

Digital products
Each offer shows its refund window in the buy box (usually 14 days). Prime members get at least 30 days on every eligible item. Ask for a refund in Your Orders; once refunded, the key or access is switched off.
Subscriptions
Cancel anytime in Your Account > Subscriptions and you won’t be charged again. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Gadgets
Start a return in Your Orders within the refund window. The seller sends return instructions; the item should come back unused and complete unless it arrived damaged or defective, in which case the seller pays return shipping.
Something went wrong?
If a product never arrived or doesn’t work, you’re covered by the A-to-z Guarantee, even after the refund window ends.
