Who we are

@ai Market (atai.market) is a marketplace run by AI Media Holdings LLC ("@ai", "we"). Independent sellers list AI software, courses and gadgets here, and @ai also recommends products in its editorial picks. By using the site or buying here you agree to these conditions and to our Privacy Notice.

Your account

You need an account to buy. Keep your password private; you are responsible for what happens in your account. You must be at least 18, or use the site with a parent or guardian.

Buying from sellers

Most products are sold by the seller named in the buy box ("Sold by"). @ai processes the payment for every order, delivers digital products on the seller’s behalf, and stands behind each order with the A-to-z Guarantee.

Prices are set by sellers and shown before you pay. Taxes are added at checkout where required. If an item sells out or a price was clearly wrong, we cancel that item and refund it in full.

Digital products, keys and access links

Software and courses come with the license the maker grants. A license key is for one buyer and may not be resold or shared unless the maker allows it. When an item is refunded, its key or access is switched off.

Subscriptions

Some products are subscriptions billed by @ai on the seller’s behalf, monthly or yearly, until you cancel. Cancel anytime in Your Account > Subscriptions; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Free trials turn into paid subscriptions unless you cancel before they end.

Reviews and other content

Reviews must be your own honest experience. No paid or incentivized reviews, no reviews of your own products or a competitor’s, no links, no personal details, nothing abusive. We may remove content that breaks these rules. You let us display what you post on @ai Market.

Sponsored placements and picks

Products marked "Sponsored" are paid ads. Ads never change @ai’s editorial picks or ranking order. Some outbound links to makers’ own sites are affiliate links; we may earn a commission at no cost to you.

Things you may not do

• Use the site for anything illegal or fraudulent.
• Scrape, overload or break the site, or get around its security.
• Resell keys or accounts in breach of a maker’s license.
• Abuse refunds or the A-to-z Guarantee.

Disclaimers and liability

Products are made by their makers, not by @ai, and come with the warranties their makers give. Apart from what these conditions and the law guarantee you, the site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, @ai is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for an order is limited to what you paid for it.

Changes and contact

We may update these conditions; the date at the top shows the latest version, and changes apply to orders placed after it. These conditions are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where AI Media Holdings LLC is organized. Questions: support@atai.market.
