@ai Prime Terms

Last updated October 1, 2026

Working draft. These terms may change before @ai Market opens to sellers and buyers.

Benefits

Prime member prices on offers that have them.
Lightning Deals 30 minutes before everyone else, and Prime Exclusive Deals.
At least 30 days to request a refund on eligible items.
Free 2-day shipping on Prime-eligible gadgets.

Free trial and billing

New members get a free trial. When it ends, the membership renews automatically at the price shown at signup, monthly or yearly, until you cancel. We email you before a trial ends and before an annual renewal.

Canceling

Cancel anytime in Your Account > Prime. Your benefits continue until the end of the paid period. If you cancel within 3 days of a charge and haven’t used any Prime benefit since, we refund that charge in full.

Changes

We may change Prime benefits or price. Price changes apply at your next renewal after we tell you, and you can cancel before then.
